Paal Payasam South Indian Sweet Recipes | How to Make Yummy Recipes Free


Ingredients :
 
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Rice
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Ghee
Method :

  • Pour the milk onto a deep vessel and start stirring it.
  • Meanwhile, pour some amount of ghee onto a pan and fry out the cashews.
  • Fry the cashews till it changes to golden brown.
  • Once the color changes, grind the cashew and make it a fine paste.
  • Similarly, fry the rice with ghee, grind it into a coarse paste.
  • Now, pour the coarse rice paste into the deep vessel containing milk and keep on stirring well. Let the rice get cooked with the milk.
  • Now add the cashew nut paste with it and continue stirring.
  • Add needed quantity of sugar and keep stirring.
  • Continuously stir the content till it becomes a little thick.
  • Once the consistency has come, we can serve it along with raisins.
