How to Make Indian Spicy and Taste Prawn Pickle Free Tips


Ingredients :

  •     250 gms small prawns ( cocktail , if larger chop before mixing with achaar masala )
  •     50 Gms Garlic
  •     50 Gms Ginger
  •     6 kashmiri whole chillies
  •     2 tomatoes
  •     2 Tsp mustard seeds
  •     1/2 Tsp fenugreek seeds
  •     1/2 Tsp Hing powder
  •     4 Tbsp vinegar
  •     some curry leaves
  •     salt
  •     2 Tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  •     4 Tbsp vegetable oil

 Method :

  •     Clean and wash prawns
  •     Add 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 Tsp salt and leave aside for 30 mins
  •     grind together garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chillies with 2 Tbsp vinegar
  •     Heat pan with 2 Tbsp oil, fry the prawns till cooked ands remove on a plate
  •     In the same Pan , add another 2 Tbsp Oil , add mustard seeds , fenugreek seeds , hing, when it   splutters , add the mixture that is ground
  •     FRy for 3-5 mins , add salt , 2 Tsp red chilli powder and the rest of the vinegar
